PLANNING A CLEARANCE
Garage clearance in Bury: where to start
By WastePro · Published 14 October 2026
Break a garage clearance into manageable decisions about what stays, what goes and how the items can be accessed.
Decide what must stay first
Before organising removal, identify tools, stored belongings and other items you want to keep. Make a short list or mark them clearly. Photographing the garage does not mean everything shown should be removed.
Show the whole space
Take pictures from the doorway and other safe viewpoints. Include separate piles or items hidden behind larger objects where you can see them safely. Describe anything the photos cannot show, rather than climbing over clutter.
Flag unknown materials
Tell Tyler about containers, unidentified materials or items you are unsure about. Ask whether they can be included before booking. Do not mix unknown contents into the general pile or assume every item is accepted.
Explain access and your plans
Mention the garage entrance, parking, heavy items and anything blocking the route. If the clearance is needed before a move or other work, include that date. Agree preparation and the collection scope with Tyler.
Use real examples to explain the result you need
Our Work includes garage before-and-after photographs. They show individual jobs, not a promise that every garage needs the same work. Send your own photos for a quotation based on your space.
