Planning a clearance
What photos do I need for a waste-removal quote?

GETTING A QUOTESHOW US THE JOB.
A clear photo. A clearer quote. The quick answer
Send an overview of everything to be cleared, closer photos of unclear items, your postcode and access details. WastePro offers free, no-obligation quotations; photos are attached by you in WhatsApp or email.
Show the whole job
Take a wide view of each pile or room, then closer views where items overlap. If waste is spread across several places, photograph each area. Explain what must stay so nearby belongings are not mistaken for part of the clearance.
Include the route out
Tell Tyler about stairs, narrow doors, gates and parking. A photo of the access route can help explain a tight space. You do not need to move heavy items to take photographs; describe anything you cannot show safely.
Mention anything unusual
Do not hide unidentified materials in a mixed pile. Explain what you know about them and ask whether they can be included. WastePro does not advertise hazardous-waste handling, asbestos removal or specialist disposal.
Send a useful first message
Try: “Hi Tyler, I need these items clearing. My postcode is [postcode]. They are [location] and access is [details].” Attach your photos after opening WhatsApp. A message starts an enquiry; it does not confirm a collection slot.
What happens next?
Discuss the scope and arrangements with Tyler. If you add more items or access changes, explain that before collection so the quotation can be reviewed. No fixed prices or guaranteed collection times are published on this website.
Price, scope and changes to the job
Ask what the quotation includes and send updated photos if you add items or access changes. Compare quotations for the same scope. Read our guide to waste-removal costs and accurate quotations and what to show after a renovation.
